Unmask the Night on September 9th, 2017, was a masquerade evening of spirits, food, auction and entertainment to “reveal the face of mental illness”.

One in four people will experience a mental health issue this year. Because of this, Chad’s Legacy Project is dedicated to working across the Mental Healthcare landscape in Washington State. We are working closely on several fronts with the UW School of Medicine/Psychiatry, King County Government, the Washington State OSPI, the National Institute of Behavioral Health among others. Our vision is to end mental illness stigma, improve access to care and enhance psychiatric research, in a quest for more effective treatments and even cures. Through Unmask the Night 2017, we hope to fund the 2018 Washington State Mental Health Summit to be held this coming Spring, create a scholarship stipend fund for Peer Mentor training and build a new awareness campaign of speaking events/Mental Health fairs to be called "Chad Chats".

"Unmask the Night; Revealing the Face of Mental Illness" is a Chad's Legacy Project signature event that will fund projects and research across the State of Washinton and beyond, turning Mental Illness into just another treatable disease with positive outcomes. Join us by donating to the event and/or attending for a fabulous evening of hope and promise.
